Customer Care: Right off the bat, we're seeing a full 5 stars for Customer Care. This is huge! It tells us that if you have an issue, a question, or need any support, this firm is on top of it. They're responsive, helpful, and clearly prioritize their traders. That's a massive green flag. Trading Conditions (Spread, Slippage, Execution): Another solid 4 stars here. This suggests that the trading environment is generally very good. Spreads are competitive, slippage is minimal, and executions are efficient. While not a perfect 5, it's still a strong indicator of a reliable trading infrastructure. You can expect a smooth trading experience most of the time. Dashboard / User Friendliness: Now, this is where we see a bit of a dip, with only 1 star. This is a significant area for improvement.

The support team of this prop firm responds very quickly, making the experience much smoother. The spread is variable, and according to the support team, this is due to the current USA government shutdown affecting the stability of all USD pairs. I chose the MT5 platform and its overall performance is good, but I still feel the spread seems a bit suspicious and not truly variable.
